2020 was a challenging year, characterised by the impact of covid-19 on the employment market due to lockdowns, furlough schemes, bans on travel, and economic uncertainty. Despite this, the placement of our students in the Class of 2020 was very satisfactory and in line with previous years.
In the case of the Masters Programme, 57% landed a job during or less than 1 month after leaving school and 93% chose a job in line with their career objectives. Sustainability and social impact are topics of increasing importance to our students, and 29% of graduates reported that their jobs involved CSR-related missions. Some graduates took longer than in previous years to secure employment but 53% landed a job through the EDHEC Career Centre and the overall EDHEC community. The Class of 2020 is placed in 45 countries and 35% of the placement is outside of France.
