EDHEC’s research on Diversity and Open Leadership has identified a clear link between improved financial measures and increased numbers of women in leadership positions, but our recruiters regularly tell us that they continue to struggle to attract, retain and promote women within their organisations, even as they roll out costly and comprehensive gender diversity initiatives.

Join us for a cocktail on Thursday 16th June 2016 at our London’s Campus. An impressive line-up of featured panelists will be speaking at EDHEC’s “Women Leading Business” panel discussion for Recruiters and Talent Managers. Presented by EDHEC Business School, in collaboration with leading management consultancy recruitment firm, Mindbench, the discussion will explore topics related to attracting, retaining and promoting women in finance and professional services. The attendees will also have the opportunity to network during a pre-conference drinks reception.
