Unique in Europe and designed by the EDHEC Career Centre with input from recruiters, the TI&CD programme offers Masters students valuable insight and tailored career guidance to support and prepare them for the international recruitment processes of major companies.

  • Full assessment centre for all MSc students in Lille, Nice, and London.
  • +15 days of assessment centres.
  • 80 facilitators conducting the assessment centres.
  • Approx. 1000 coaching sessions per year.
  • 30 career coaches.
  • Competency-development workshops.
